This project consists of an addition of a two story master bed/bed suite with a 2bed/2bath basement. The existing home will be transformed into a larger living space. Some rooms will be opened up and a study/den with be included. The roof line of the addition mimics the main roof line then slants upward towards the Catalina's to catch the full view of the mountains that are the dominate feature of the property. Skylights bring light further in and the cantilevered porch reaches over the site without harming the mature landscaping. The brick for the addition has been matched perfectly to the existing home.
