History
Repp Design + Construction was founded in 1995 by Page Repp, Jr. AIA.
Page, who was raised and trained by a skilled mason, became a licensed
contractor during his third year in the College of Architecture at the
University of Arizona. Educated as an architect and trained as a craftsman,
Page is the president of an award-winning company that has completed over
300 projects, residential and commercial for private and professional
clients. Page personally oversees the construction of each design, working
daily in the field he guides the execution of every project. In 2008,
Rick McLain AIA LEED AP, became partner. Rick works rigorously in the
office with the architecture team crafting the projects architectural
design.
The Repp Design + Construction Team share a passion for design and
craft, a love the desert and appreciate the opportunity to do great
work with great people.
Mission
Our mission is to cultivate meaningful relationships with our clients
and our environment, to educate by example, and to create projects that
are a reflection of our passion for timeless design and authenticity.
Repp design + construction: providing desert-appropriate design and quality
construction with a modern flair.
Design + Build Process
The Repp design + build process is hands-down the best project delivery
method. Our clients benefit by having both the designer and builder on
board from the onset. During design we can assess project costs & construction
feasibility from day one and avoid the risk of projects running over budget.
The usual mediation between architects and contractors during construction
is eliminated in the design + build process because both parties are part
of the same entity. Because of this team approach, Repp projects run smoothly,
and our open, honest approach allows us to form trusting relationships
for the long term.
